This is one of my favourite guided meditations ever. The music and editing transport me to my own world and the imagery that Cahrena uses throughout the session provides valuable metaphors that I can use both in and out of the meditation itself. I almost always feel inspired after completing this meditation and it has helped me to remain more rooted in myself as a whole.

During this guided meditation by Cahrena - my favourite of hers so far - I truly felt that I had achieved something by the end of the meditation. As with her other meditations, Cahrena guides you through each step. She helps you to clearly understand what you are doing, and the goals for each action you are taking. Through the meditation I felt simultaneously grounded but also empowered to reach outside myself and connect with a higher power. I really felt as though I was able to set aside "baggage," clearing out negative energies and getting in contact with my spiritual side which has long been dormant.
