I received more than I anticipated from a single session. Cahrena was a very embodied teacher and healer, referencing her personal experiences and growth as she offered guidance for my journey and life. Her intuitive insights were spot on, and her reflections came at exactly the right moment and in the right dosage. I’m deeply grateful to her for her unique gifts and blend of cognitive awareness and insights, with deeply embodied, guided healing.
